Lomandra confertifolia ssp. Pallida Tilga
Description: Tilga is a hardy, drought tolerant Lomandra variety. It is an Australian grass suitable for residential gardens and commercial landscaping projects. It grows best in free draining soils and will tolerate dry sandy soil conditions. The narrow leaves of Tilga form a dense tuft making it ideal for 1) growing grass-like hedges to define spaces in large gardens, 2) planting as a border plant around paving in entertainment areas and 3) group planting for ground cover under trees or around shrubs. Plant 45-50cm apart for dense cover.
