Viburnum Odoratissimum - Emerald Jewel
Description: A hardy and versatile evergreen ornamental shrub pruducing fragrant flowers during Spring. An unpright and attractive shrub with superb lustrous dark green, leathery foliage. Clusters of slightly fragrant white tubular flowers appear during Spring followed by red berries. Prefers a well-drained soil in a sunny or semi-shaded position. Will tolerate wind and frosty conditions. Mulch well around the base of the plant, trim lightly after flowering to retain desired shape. Water via deep soaking during hot dry, periods. Ideal hedge or screening plant when planted every metre.
