Description: A small tree or shrub with an open growth habit and rounded, wavy-edged, silvery-green leaves borne on slender blackish-purple branchlets. Grown for its attractive foliage, this hardy plant makes an ideal screening plant or specimen tree. Prefers a sunny position in well drained soil but thrives in most soils and conditions, and tolerates light frost. Prune lightly to maintain compact growth. Apply a complete fertiliser in spring.
