Thuja Orientalis Aurea Nana - Golden Biota
Description: (syn. Platycladus orientalis ''Aurea Nana'') A popular rounded, compact shrub with dense, glowing foliage that is bright golden-yellow through spring and summer, turning slightly bronze in winter. Ideal for containers, rockeries and garden borders. Grow in an open, sunny position with well-drained, moist soil. Protect from hot, dry winds. Water regularly after planting. Tolerates dry conditions once established. Cultivate soil before planting. Dig hole twice the width of the container. Remove plant from container and place into the hole so the soil level is the same as the surrounding ground. Fill hole firmly and water in well even if the soil is moist.
