Grevillea ‘Coconut Ice’

Variety:  Grevillea ‘Coconut Ice’.

Description: A spreading, small shrub with deeply divided, deep green leaves. This Grevillea flowers for most of the year, producuing attractibve, pinkish-red, too-brush flower, with dark red styles. The flowers attract nectar feeding brds.

The dens foliage of this Australian native plant makes it ideal for hedges. Suibale for shrubberies. Large tubs and general garden use. Prune well in an open, sunny pisition in well-drined soil. Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth.

Cultivate soil before planting. Dig hole twice the width of the continer. Remove plant from container  and place into the hole so the soil level is the same as the surrounding ground. Fill hole firmly anmd water in well even if the soil is moist.
 
Height:  1-1.5m.

Width: 1.5m.

Planting Conditions: Full sun/part shade; prune well; great for pots; Australian plant.
