Apples should be planted in well drained soils in a sunny position. At harvest, colour develops best with warm days and cooler nights.

Skin: Dark red
Flesh: Red with white stripes.
Maturity: February/March.
Pollinators: Most apples, Granny and Pink Lady recommended
Comments: Blackspot and Powdery Mildew resistant. Striking burgundy foliage, deep pink blossom. Uses include juicing, platters, cooking, fruit salads – retains red colour, does not brown when juiced or sliced.
