Asplenium australasicum (syn. Asplenium nidus)

Description of plant at maturity:
A broad, glossy leaved fern, with erect, bright green fronds which as their name suggests, resemble a birds nest. Grow equally well in a container indoors or in a sheltered position in the garden.

Plant them in well drained soi. Fertilise during the growing season. Use premium potting mix for containers. Protect from snails and slugs.

Position: Outdoors part shade/indoors filtered light

Height: 60-80cm
