Description of plant at maturity:
A bottlebrush with dark, soft green foliage and graceful, arching branches. Flowers several times a year, bearing masses of narrow deep red flower spikes.

Ideal for mixed shrubberies, screening and windbreaks. Attracts nectar feeding birds.

Callistemons tolerate poor soils, water-logging for extended periods and moderate coastl exposure. Flowers best in full sun. Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth.
