Description of plant at maturity:
Coriander offers a distinct flavour that is widely used in Asian cuisine. The foliage is suitable for fresh salads and a vast range of hot dishes. The seeds can also be used whole in hot dishes or ground as a spice. Harvest the plant at 4-6 weeks for the foliage, or leave to mature and set seed.

Choose a sunny position in rich, well drained soil. Prepare soil by incorporating organic matter such as compost prior to planting, or use premium potting mix in containers. Water in thoroughly after planting and keep moist.
