Description: A slow growing small tree, which forms a rough, sturdy trunk and bears a rosette of dark green sword-shaped leaves with finely serrated margins. Grows to 9m in the wild, but less so in cultivation. During Summer it produces highly decorative flower-spikes that bear pendulous, white, bell-shaped flowers. Best grown in full sun in well-drained soil. Ideal for container growing or as a feature plant in a landscape setting, where its bold architectural form can be displayed.
