Correa - Dusky Bells
Description: A small shrub with branches spreading horizontally. Tubular flowers of pale carmine-pink are borne from autumn to spring. With dense foliage to ground level, this correa is an ideal groundcover, and can also be used for containers and covering embankments, as well as general garden use. Best grown in dappled shade or in shady spots. Tolerates a range of soils. Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth.
Cultivate soil before planting. Dig hole twice the width of the container. Remove plant from container and place into the hole so the soil level is the same as the surrounding ground. Fill the hole firmly and water in well even if the soil is moist.
