Description of plant at maturity:
Popularity: Also known as the ''Sour Orange'', the Seville offers a unique flavour that is best for marmalade and cooking.
Fruit: Fruit is small to medium in size with thick skin. It can be quite seedy.
Tree: A vigorous grower with some thorns, reaching 6m tall. Highly tolerant variety.
Main Harvest: Seville will produce its main crop throughout Winter.
Uses: The Seville is popular for its ornamental value as a hardy tree. The fruit is best used in marmalades and cooking, or used for decoration.
Planting guide: Dig hole slightly larger than root system. Remove container and place tree in hole, making sure bud union is at least 10cm above soil level. Fill with soil, leaving no air pockets, and build basin around tree to hold 10-12 litres of water.
Water immediately after planting, repeat next day, and then twice weekly for the first three weeks, then at weekly intervals for the first growing season.
