Description of plant at maturity:
This ornamental pear has a distinct upright, dense habit. The narrow form makes it ideal for smaller spaces and also makes for an eye catching display when planted en masse. Chanticleer has dark green foliage that progress to gold and burgundy in autumn.

Hardy tree, tolerant of dry conditions, alkaline soils and air pollution. Moderate growth rate.
