So, what are microbes?
They are microscopic organisms that are found naturally in health soils and help to make nutrients available to the plant. However, poor soils that have had chemicals and generic chemical fertilisers poured into then year upon year become less and less conductive to microbe populations, resulting in soils that are unresponsive to plant growth.

Dig around your garden and if you dont find earthworms, it is a good indicator that your soil is unhealthy. Think of microbes as being Pro-Biotics for the soil.
