Description of plant at maturity:
Apples should be planted in well drained soils in a sunny position. At harvest, colour develops best with warm days and cooler nights.

Fruit: Medium-large round with short stem.
Skin: Red blush with some stripe over green – yellow background.
Flesh: White; crisp and juicy; sweet.
Maturity: Ripens early to mid March.
Pollinators: Granny Smith, Delicious Jonathon.
Comments: Lovely crisp traditional variety. Produces heavy crops.Tip bearing. Used in pies, tarts, and caramelised in cakes and muffins.
