Description of plant at maturity:
A compact form of the ever-popular Californian Lilac, with a stunning spring display fo deep blue flowers, which almost completely cover the leathery, dark green foliage.

Thrives in moist, well drained soil in a sunny position, and tolerates coastal conditions and drought. Avoid locations with wet, boggy soil. Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth. Ideal for shrubberies and screening purposes, or as a focal point for the spring garden.
