Description of plant at maturity:
One of the most cold hardy of all ornamental palms, this will withstand frost and even occasional snow, but still tolerate heat as well. The European Fan Palm is often multi-trunked.

Being a slow growing variety makes this palm ideal for pots and containers. Also makes an ideal screening plant in the garden due to its wide spread foliage. Grow outdoors in a sunny to partly shaded position. Palms benefit from a couple of applications of recommended fertiliser high in nitrogen during the warmer months, to encourage lush vigorous growth.
