Description of plant at maturity:
A popular palm which has an elegant crown of long, arching fronds. An adaptable plant which can withstand cool conditions. Generally grown as an outdoor specimen in warm climates, and used widely in landscaping around pools, houses and parks.

Plant in full sun to part shade, keep moist in warmer weather but avoid overwatering as this can cause browning on the leaf tips. A couple of applications of recommended fertiliser during the growing season will improve leaf colour and growth. Remove unsightly dead leaves as they occur. Tolerant of coastal conditons.
