Description of plant at maturity:
This ever popular tree fern boasts long, lush, dark green fronds, which emerge from a stocky trunk, densely covered with fibrous roots. Ideal for general garden use. Plant in groups for a stunning display.

Grow in a shaded to partly shaded position in moist well drained soil enriched with humus. Prune off spent fronds. To plant, cultivate the soil before planting. Dig a hole twice the width of the plant pot. Remove the plant from the container and place into the hole so the soil level is the same as the surrounding ground. Fill the hole firmly and water in well, even if the soil is moist.
