Ficus elastica Burgundy (Rubber Plant)

Description of plant at maturity:
A robust, evergreen shrub with bold shiny, burgundy coloured leaves and distinctly pink new growth. A striking indoor or patio specimen that is well complemented by a white pot. Position in a well lit site indoors or in a well protected, part shade position outdoors. Protect from frost. It will grow into a large tree if desired or simply cut back to maintain a desired size.

Keep moist but not wet, drier in winter. For lush healthy growth, apply a complete fertiliser regularly. Keep leaves dust free.

Caution: Poisonous if ingested by humans or animals.
