Ficus lyrata

Description of plant at maturity:
Ficus Lyrata has broad rounded foliage and does well in high light areas. The Fiddle Leaf Fig like to be well watered but respond well to drying out slightly between waters. Lower leaves will drop off if the soil is too wet. Removing the growing tip encourages the plant to thicken and provide more support for the giant leaves.

It can be grown indoors or outside in frost free areas. It will grow into a large tree if desired, or cut back to maintain a desired size.
