Description of plant at maturity:
Bred in Australia and selected for its large, vibrant, dark pink flowers, this lavender is hardy and easy to grow without any special needs. The neat, compact habit complements aromatic foliage that lasts well for floral arrangements.

This variety has a lengthy flowering season that begins with a flush in spring but extends right through the autumn and winter months. Once established, this variety is quite dry tolerant and only requires an occasional deep watering through extended periods of heat. Plant in a sunny location in a well draining soil. Tolerates coastal conditions.

Clip back to two thirds of overall size in late summer to maintain shape and vigour. After pruning, an application of slow release fertiliser and a light sprinkling of dolomite lime over soil would be beneficial to overall performance. Well suited to container displays, paths and borders, as informal hedging or general garden use.
