Description of plant at maturity:
Apple Mint has the most subtle flavour of all mint varieties, and is perfect for adding flavour to smoothies, soft drinks, fruit salads and desserts. The flavour is faintly reminiscent of fresh apples. Harvest leaves as required.

Choose a partly shaded position in rich, well drained soil. Prepare soil by incorporating organic matter such as compost prior to planting, or use premium potting mix in containers. Water in thoroughly after planting and keep moist but not wet. Protect from frost. Prune regularly to maintain a bushy habit.
