Description of plant at maturity:
Peppermint is a perennial herb with a distinct peppermint flavour. Harvest leaves as required. Use to flavour summer drinks and herbal teas, desserts and fruit salads. Leaves may also be dried.

Choose a sunny position in rich, well drained soil. Prepare soil by incorporating organic matter such as compost prior to planting, or use premium potting mix in containers. Water in thoroughly after planting and keep moist in dry weather. Prune regularly to maintain a bushy habit.
