Popularity:
If you are after great flavour, look no further than the Mediterranean Sweet orange. It is a reliable cropper with high juice content.

Fruit:
Fruit is large, sweet and very juicy. Contains some seeds. Great flavour.

Tree:
The Mediterranean Sweet will grow to 3-6m tall, but tends to have some thorns.

Main Harvest:
It will produce its main harvest in Winter & Spring. It produces a good, consistent yield each season.

Uses:
The Mediterranean Sweet is ideal for eating fresh, juicing and desserts.

Planting guide: Dig hole slightly larger than root system. Remove container and place tree in hole, making sure bud union is at least 10cm above soil level. Fill with soil, leaving no air pockets, and build basin around tree to hold 10-12 litres of water.

Water immediately after planting, repeat next day, and then twice weekly for the first three weeks, then at weekly intervals for the first growing season.
