Description of plant at maturity:
An evergreen, tendril-climbing vine with attractive, deep purple (almost black) edible fruit. Impressive white and green flowers are produced during summer amongst the large, bright green leaves.

Perfect for growing over pergolas where the fruit can be easily accessed. Requires a sunny, frost free position with moist, well drained soil.

Fertilise with an organic fertiliser or a slow release fertiliser high in potassium. Mulch well to conserve moisture.

To plant, cultivate soil before planting. Dig hole twice the width of the container. Remove plant from container and place into the hole so the soil level is the same as the surrounding ground. Fill hole firmly and water in well, even if the soil is moist.
