Also known as Indian Hawthorn, Rhaphiolepis is a popular low hedging or screening shrub, grown for its tough glossy, dark green foliage and neat rounded habit.

Oriental Pearl will produce masses of white flowers from spring through to autumn. It will tolerate heat, frost and coastal conditions and will grow in loam, sandy or well drained soils.
