Commonly known as Indian Hawthorn, this Rhaphiolepis is a neat, attractive and hardy shrub. Low maintenance, ideal as a feature shrub, low hedge or tub specimen. Flowers best in full sun, producing clusters of soft pink flowers in mass during the warmer months. Foliage is a deep glossy green.

Ideal for coastal planting or around salt-water pools with great salt-spray tolerance. Tolerates heat and frost, dry tolerant once established. Plant in well drained soil, adding organic matter for best results. Great disease resistance.
