Description of plant at maturity:
Variegated Lemon Thyme is a popular herb with aromatic, small green leaves with yellow margins. It is best suited to fish and poultry dishes with a strong thyme flavour and lemon undertones. This perennial produces an abundance of pink flowers throughout summer.

Choose a sunny position in rich, well drained soil. Prepare soil by incorporating organic matter such as compost prior to planting, or use premium potting mix in containers. Water in thoroughly after planting and keep moist in dry weather. Prune regularly to maintain a neat habit.
